A bridal shower is typically the first celebration for the soon bride-to-be. Create a Budget Set a budget with others in the bridal party and remember to factor in all costs including venue, food, drinks and decor.

Set a Date Be Typically a shower is 2 to 6 months before the wedding. With so many important events leading up to it such as the bachelorette party, be sure to set them a good amount of months apart. Create a Guestlist Be sure to have the Bride send a must invite guestlist before putting together the invites and have her check it for approval. Invites should be sent out at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to the chosen date.
